2. PVC (vinyl) — the value choice

PVC is affordable, waterproof and tough — a great-value mat that still wipes clean. It can carry a faint smell when new and feels a touch stiffer in cold weather, but for the price it is hard to beat.

Best for: budget-conscious buyers who still want a fully washable mat.

3. Carpet — the OEM look and feel

Carpet mats give that soft, factory cabin feel many owners love, and they look premium. They absorb spills rather than repel them, so they need more regular cleaning, and they perform best when made with a proper waterproof backing — which we build into our carpet mats.
